Why let your dog chew?

Why let your dog chew?

And no I do not mean let them chew up your furniture or you favorite pair of slippers.

Giving your dog or cat a something to chew on has several benefits.

  • Chewing contributes to mental stimulation, it relieves boredom, reduce anxiety & stress, and it encourage problem solving skills in dogs which contributes to their overall well being.
  • Chewing provides a form of exercise for a dog's jaw muscles, which can improve their fitness & muscle strength.
  • Chewing helps keep your dog's teeth clean but removing plaque and tartar from their teeth, preventing gum disease and ultimately promoting fresher breath.

We have a variety of chews available such as our duck feet, duck heads, chicken heads, venison ears, rabbit ears,  bull pizzles & ostrich tracheas. You will find these on our online shop
